Unwashed, unused resalable items are returnable within 30 days from date of shipment for actual purchase price, minus any shipping costs incurred. Any items with perfume, pet hair, dirt, or any other unmentionables on them cannot be returned. Washed items cannot be returned. Special-ordered items are usually not returnable - however, in extenuating circumstances - they may be accepted minus a 10% restocking fee. Please contact me for more specifics if you are looking to return a special order.

If you need to make a return, you MUST contact us beforehand to obtain a RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER. If we receive a return without a Return Authorization Number, your package will not be accepted.


Handmade Toys

Handmade toys from instock are returnable within 14 days from date of shipment for the actual purchase price, minus any shipping costs incurred. For a piece to be returnable, it must not have acquired any new scuffs, dents, or any other damage. Made-to-order toys are not returnable.

Please be aware that all of our toys are made by hand, and will consequently be liable to contain slight imperfections as a result. We believe those slight imperfections add to the character and uniqueness of each piece, assuring a person of its originality. We do try to make each piece as perfectly as possible, but please be aware of these possibilities. In addition, each design may vary from piece to piece as we do not use templates. All of our pieces are made and decorated freehand.

Bath and Body

Due to the nature of bath and body products, all bath and body items are non-returnable. All sales are final. Please keep this in mind as you make your selections and finalize your order. This policy is in place to protect both of us - and our liability insurance! Once your items have been shipped and are no longer in our possession, they are in essence no longer considered new/unused merchandise. We could never in good conscience sell used items to our valued customers - therefore, those items would have to be thrown away. We strive to bring you the highest quality products at the most economical prices and the sheer waste of throwing away returned products would invariably drive our costs up, thus requiring us to charge more. We would never assume that a returned product has been altered or tampered with but it is also not a chance that we are able to take.
