Shipping
Instock items generally ship within 3 business days. Custom orders will take longer, a turn around time will quoted at finalization of order.

Returns
We want to love your Indigo Onion products!  If for any reason you are  dissatisfied with your purchase you may return it within 30 days for a full refund, less shipping charges. This does not apply to custom orders. Custom orders may be returned for manufacturer defect. Please contact us to arrange returns, so we know when we can expect your package. Items cannot be accepted for a refund if they are damaged due to misuse. 

We also run a year round sprout hospital, 
please email us if one of your sprouts needs stitches,
 and we will see what we can do. 

Payment
All items are listed in USD and payments are accepted  through PayPal.  You can pay securely through PayPal using your bank account or a credit card.  You do not need to have a PayPal account.
